Overview
This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for requesting refunds for purchases made through the Secure Shield Manager mobile application. As our app is distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store, all purchases and refunds are subject to Apple's terms and policies.
Apple App Store Purchases
All purchases of Secure Shield Manager, including in-app purchases and subscriptions, are processed through the Apple App Store. As such, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple, not to ABP COMPANY SRL SIMPLIFICATA.
Apple's refund policy governs all transactions, and Apple has sole discretion over whether to grant refunds. We do not have access to Apple's payment systems and cannot process refunds directly.
How to Request a Refund from Apple
If you wish to request a refund for a purchase made through the App Store, please follow these steps:
Method 1: Through Apple's Website
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the purchase you want to request a refund for
- Click "Report a Problem" next to the item
- Select the reason for your refund request
- Submit your request
Method 2: Through Your Device
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Media & Purchases"
- Tap "View Account"
- Scroll down and tap "Purchase History"
- Find the purchase and tap "Report a Problem"
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Method 3: Contact Apple Support
You can also contact Apple Support directly:
- Visit support.apple.com
- Call Apple Support at 1-800-275-2273 (US)
- Use the Apple Support app on your device
Subscription Cancellations
If you have an active subscription to Secure Shield Manager premium features, you can cancel it at any time to prevent future charges. However, canceling a subscription does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select Secure Shield Manager
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm the cancellation
After canceling, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew after that date.
Eligibility for Refunds
Apple determines refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Accidental purchases
- Technical issues that prevent the app from functioning as described
- Unauthorized purchases made by someone else using your account
- Duplicate charges
- The app does not match its description in the App Store
Refunds are typically not granted for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to use the app or subscription
- Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described in the App Store listing
- Device compatibility issues that were disclosed in the app requirements
Refund Processing Time
If Apple approves your refund request, the processing time depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 3-5 business days after approval
- Apple ID Balance: Immediately after approval
- Other Payment Methods: Up to 30 days, depending on your financial institution
Free Trial Periods
If Secure Shield Manager offers a free trial period for premium features, you can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged. To cancel:
- Follow the subscription cancellation steps outlined above
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends
- You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial expires
If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription at the regular price.

Unauthorized Purchases
If you believe an unauthorized purchase was made on your account:
- Immediately change your Apple ID password
- Enable two-factor authentication for your Apple ID
- Review your purchase history for any other unauthorized transactions
- Contact Apple Support to report the unauthorized purchase
- Request a refund through Apple's refund request process
Family Sharing
If you use Apple's Family Sharing feature, the family organizer is responsible for managing subscriptions and purchases. Refund requests for purchases made by family members should be submitted by the family organizer through their Apple ID.
Promotional Offers and Discounts
Promotional offers, discounts, and special pricing are subject to specific terms and conditions. Refunds for promotional purchases are handled according to Apple's standard refund policy, and promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the app after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified policy.
